Best Iodine I took the iodine from this particular company for testing. After 14 years of female issues with an irregular cycle, I now have two months with a consistent cycle. There are no pains or nausea as before; I couldn't even walk to work due to the discomfort. This is the ideal iodine. Highly recommended.

Iodine deficiency Everywhere When I started taking it, the chest pains I usually experienced before menstruation immediately disappeared. I will continue taking it for hypothyroidism, as I do not trust thyroid ultrasound alone; I recommend donating blood for hormone tests. Iodine must be taken with selenium, vitamin D, K, and omega-3 to ensure proper absorption. I took this for two months; gradually, the breast pain before menstruation diminished. I felt excellent without side effects.

A GREAT product that's more convenient in capsule form. As a natural source of iodine, it's ideal for my hypothyroidism. I've had iodine deficiency for years and started this two months ago alongside Selenium and vitamin E. My menstrual cycle is now shorter and more stable, and I no longer experience ovary pain. I'm very satisfied and will continue buying it.

Resolved cyst and pain
A year ago, I discovered that I had nodes and a cyst on my thyroid gland. Since then, I have been taking this iodine in courses. Recently, I had an ultrasound, and it revealed that one node had resolved, while the others and the cyst had shrunk. A lovely bonus was the improvement in my sleep, and my heart pain has disappeared. My hair has also become stronger.

Burning throat issue
Dosage Problem: I took this product, and after a couple of days, my throat started experiencing severe pain. The dosage was too high; it literally burned my throat and hindered my sleep.
